I usually avoid writing reviews, but this stay deserved one. The location offered proximity to key attractions. The gym had a Peloton bike, towels, and water. Daily cleaning service kept the room tidy. The room was spacious enough.
The elevator wait times were occasionally long. It was a minor issue given the hotel's popularity.

I found my lost items with Flor's amazing help! She really were great too assist me. I often stay here for work engagements! The staff were friendly, and I found them very helpful. The location was very convenient, close to many key spots.
The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough, so the room never got as cool as I wanted

I usually avoid reviews but this stay charmed me. the location was stellar, close to everything. Fifth avenue was right there. the room size suited me perfectly and the gym actually had a peloton bike, a nice surprise. the cleaning ladies were also very attentive.
The elevator wait times tested my patience though. It often was like an age. during peak hours, especially, it was quite an inconvenience. i sometimes waited a considerable time to go up or down.

solid stay, needs some updates
comfortable bedgood showerfriendly staff
the bed provided excellent comfort. i found the shower pressure good and water temperature consistent. the staff were friendly, from housekeeping to the reception. i liked the location as it made getting around midtown easy.
the carpet seemed old and needed replacing. the elevators also made some strange noises. a better maintenance schedule for some common areas would be helpful.
